Responsibilities:

    * GSM/UMTS Optimization
    * RF technical support
    * RNO/P Training
    * OMC&DT Data post-processing &analysis, RNO analysis report
    * Monitoring OMC KPI / KPI Analysis Report

Requirements:

    * At least 3 years of RF optimization working experience with GSM/UMTS RF Optimization experience
    * Good knowledge of 2G/3G
    * Have strong ability of RF troubleshooting
    * Have strong knowledge of Optimization procedure
    * Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study
    * Be excellent in communication in English
    * Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer
    * Fresh graduate and DT ONLY experience is not acceptable
